PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS

Human rights are fundamental entitlements inherent to all human beings.

The human right to health includes access to essential medicines. Nonetheless, many people all over the world still lack access to these life-saving products.

STIMULATING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES TO DO BETTER

Pharmaceutical companies have responsibilities under the right to health and access to medicines.

The Fair Pharma scorecard measures pharmaceutical company behaviour during the Covid-19 pandemic against international human rights principles.
